(100 days) 3-5 lb. oblong fruit with a yellow rind and a pale yellow flesh, spaghetti squash is commonly used as a pasta replacement. The flesh falls apart into shreds when it’s cooked. Skin is ivory changing to pale yellow at maturity. Bake like squash or boil and fork out the flesh, topping the “spaghetti” with your favorite sauce. Also excellent served with brown sugar and butter. Avg. yield: 4-5 fruits/plant.
