The leaves are smooth in appearance and the texture is similar to smooth collards. Ching Chiang Pak Choi is medium green in color with light green ribbing. The flavor is mild cabbage mixed with romaine lettuce. Ching Chiang Pak Choi is very versatile; use fresh in salads, steamed, stir fried or any way you like, it will taste great. Ching Chiang Pak Choi cooks up very quickly when stir frying so it should be one of the last things you add to the pot. Very quick growing. Harvest at desired size.
